by Heather Kampschnieder : Howells FFA Reporter

May 09, 2008

The Howells FFA hosted their annual barnyard on Tuesday, May 6th. Schools from Howells, Dodge, and Clarkson were invited to view the numerous animals showcased in the Ag Shop. Students were allowed to hold and pet rabbits, guinea pigs, kittens, puppies, ducks, chicks, piglets, calves, horses, donkeys, goats, and sheep.

Howells FFA members supplied the animals and assisted with the all day event. Mexican S'mores were also enjoyed by the children. They turned out to be a very scrumptious, but messy treat.
