Howells-Dodge Graduation Held May 11

The graduation ceremony for the first graduating class of Howells-Dodge Consolidated Schools was held on Saturday, May 11 at 2:00 p.m. in the Howells Gym.  A welcome was given by Haley Kampschnieder, class vice-president.  Principal Tom Ridder introduced the class salutatorian Makenzie Polacek, who then addressed the audience.  Superintendent Tom McMahon introduced this year's valedictorian, Haley Kampschnieder, who shared her speech with the guests in attendance.  Scholarships were given by Robin Groene.  Flowers were presented to the senior parents and a class video was shown.  School board president . . . read more

FCCLA Cleans Up Adopted Highway

Members of the Howells-Dodge-Clarkson FCCLA Chapter picked up trash for their Adopt-A-Highway project on Tuesday, May 14 at 4:00 p.m.  Members cleaned the road ditches along the two miles south of the Highways 91 and 15 junction during their spring clean-up. read more

HDTV Now Available

HDTV (Howells-Dodge TV), The Jaguars Sports Network, is officially the first Nebraska school to become a member of the PlayOn! Sports Network Student Broadcast Program.  HDTV has launched and On-Demand replays of Award’s Night, the Spring Music Concert, and Kindergarten Graduation are available to watch.  The Howells-Dodge Consolidated Graduation Ceremony (May 11th) and the Preschool Program (May 15th) will be available to view online.  Patrons just need to click on the HDTV link at the top right of the school . . . read more
